LIMITED WARRANTY – Subject to the terms and conditions below. Hobart Brothers Co., Troy, Ohio, warrants to its original
retail purchaser that the new Auto Arc equipment sold after the effective date of this limited warranty is free of defects in material
and workmanship at the time it is purchased at the retailer. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WAR-
RANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
Auto Arc equipment is warranted for twelve months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty
transactions so it is imperative that a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt be retained.
