Adjusting the volume
You can adjust the volume of the IP Deskphone for the following:
• Ring Volume
• Handset Volume
• Headset Volume
• Handsfree Volume
A sliding scale appears on the LCD screen display when you adjust the
volume. Figure 14 on page 80 shows how to adjust the volume.

Adjusting the ring volume
You can adjust the ring volume for an incoming call.
To adjust the ring volume for an incoming call:
Prefs
1. Press the Prefs context-sensitive soft
key, select Audio, select Tones, and
then select Alerting Volume.
