2. Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click Contacts.
• On the web interface, click Make your Call > Contacts.

3. Select the contact, and click Edit.

4. Modify the contact.
You can also add multiple numbers for the contact using the Insert Number option.
5. On the web interface, click Save.

• On the web interface, click Presence.
2. From the Status drop-down list, select one of the following options:
• Automatic
• Available
• Away
• Busy
• Do not Disturb
