PKT-INT and System Reliability
A PKT-INT circuit resides on each IPSI board. For increased system reliability,
there is a duplicated server, one in active mode and one on standby. However,
there is only one control network and one IPSI per port network as shown in
Figure 8-37. Therefore there is only one PKT-INT circuit per port network.
