Link Tear Down Test (#213)
This test is destructive.
This test disconnects the existing link between the system and the external printer
device. If the link has been disconnected already, this test just returns PASS.
Every resource allocated for a PMS Printer Link is released after this test.

1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.
1010 ABORT The link has been busied out to out-of-service.
1. Enter release journal wakeup-log|pms-log command to release the link
from busyout state.
2. Retry test journal wakeup-log|pms-log l command to execute the test.
2012 ABORT Internal system error.
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.
FAIL Internal System error.
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.
PASS The link is torn down.
