3. Set the slice thickness control to zero
to make sure that the blade is
covered by the slice thickness plate.
WARNING:
DURING THE FOLLOWING
OPERATIONS THE BLADE MUST
ALWAYS BE COVERED BY THE
DETACHABLE GUARDS.
4. Lift the sharpener cover.
5. Rotate the device to the blade.
6. The blade sharpener is now correctly
placed.
7. Push pushbutton to start the
machine.
8. Sharpening: Push the grinding wheel
pushbutton to move the wheel on to
the blade.
After 10 -15 seconds max. push the
burr removing wheel pushbutton to
move this wheel on to the blade. After
a few seconds remove pressure from
both wheels.
