3. Set the slice thickness control to zero
to make sure that the blade is
covered by the slice thickness plate.
WARNING:
DURING THE FOLLOWING
OPERATIONS THE BLADE MUST
ALWAYS BE COVERED BY THE
DETACHABLE GUARDS.
4. Lift the sharpener cover.
5. Pull the sharpener release handle.
5. Rotate the device to the blade.
6. The blade sharpener is now correctly
placed.
8. Push pushbutton to start the
machine.
Note:
The sharpening operation will take 10-15
seconds.
9. Sharpening: Rotate the lever and
bring the two grinding wheels into
contact with the blade. The blade is
simultaneously sharpened and the
burrs removed.
