How to configure Axis 207W when ActiveX installation is restricted?

Why is no multicast MPEG-4 displayed in the client for my Axis 207W?
If no multicast MPEG-4 is displayed in the client for your Axis Security Camera, check with your network administrator that the multicast addresses used by the camera are valid for your network. Also, check with your network administrator to see if there is a firewall preventing viewing.
