negotiation,followedbyECDSA,ED25519,andDSA.MakesuretoentertherightMD5
hostkeythatisusedbyyourSFTPserver.
-Usetemporaryfilename:Selecttouploadfileswithtemporary,automatically
generatedfilenames.Thefilesgetrenamedtothedesirednameswhentheupload
completes.Iftheuploadisaborted/interrupted,youdon’tgetanycorruptfiles.
However,youprobablystillgetthetemporaryfiles.Thiswayyouknowthatallfiles
thathavethedesiredname,arecorrect.
•Email
-Sendemailto:Entertheemailaddresstosendemailsto.Toentermultipleaddresses,
usecommastoseparatethem.
-Sendemailfrom:Entertheemailaddressofthesendingserver.
-Username:Entertheusernameforthemailserver.Leavethisfieldemptyifthemail
serverdoesnotrequireauthentication.
-Password:Enterthepasswordforthemailserver.Leavethisfieldemptyifthemail
serverdoesnotrequireauthentication.
-Emailserver(SMTP):EnterthenameoftheSMTPserver,forexamplesmtp.gmail.com,
smtp.mail.yahoo.com.
-Port:EntertheportnumberfortheSMTPserver,usingvaluesintherange0-65535.
Thedefaultvalueis587.
-Encryption:Touseencryption,selecteitherSSLorTLS.
-Validateservercertificate:Ifyouuseencryption,selecttovalidatetheidentityofthe
device.Thecertificatecanbeself-signedorissuedbyaCertificateAuthority(CA).
-POPauthentication:TurnontoenterthenameofthePOPserver,forexample
pop.gmail.com.

Someemailprovidershavesecurityfiltersthatpreventusersfromreceivingorviewing
largeamountofattachments,fromreceivingscheduledemailsandsimilar.Checkthe
emailprovider'ssecuritypolicytoavoidyouremailaccountbeinglockedormissingout
onyourexpectedemails.
