•TheRFIDreaderrequiredforthissetupisExternalRFIDCardReader125kHz+13.56MHzwithNFC(USB).
•AlwaysinstallyourRFIDreader(s)inthesamelocationasyourdockingstations.
Tosetupself-assigncameraassignment,youneedtopairthebodywornuserwithaself-assigntag:
1.ConnecttheRFIDreadertothesystemcontroller.WaitfortheLEDonthereadertolightupgreen,whichtakesabout15
seconds.Thereadernowhasthecorrectrmwareandisreadyforuse.
2.DisconnecttheRFIDreaderfromthesystemcontroller.
3.ConnectthesameRFIDreadertothecomputerthatyouuseforaccessingAXISBodyWornManager.
4.InAXISBodyWornManager,gotoUsers.
5.Selecttheuserthatyouwanttopairtheself-assigntagwith.
6.Click
topairnewequipment.
7.ClickPair(Self-assigntag).
8.Taptheself-assigntagontheRFIDreadertoregisterit.Keeptappinguntilalldotsturnblue.
9.DisconnecttheRFIDreaderfromthecomputer.
10.ConnectthesameRFIDreadertothesystemcontroller.
Nowthecamerausercanusethetagtoself-assignabodyworncamera.
Extendthesystem
1.Connectthenewsystemcontrollertothesamenetworkastheexistingbodywornsystem.
