•Thebodywornsystempusheschangestothecontentdestination,forexamplewhenyouadd,remove,orchangeauser,

orwhenyouchangeacameraname.Thistypeofcommunicationisoneway,whichmeansthatthecontentdestination

doesn’tpushcorrespondingchangestothebodywornsystem.

•Youmustconnecttoacontentdestinationbeforeyoucanusethebodywornsystem.

•Werecommendthatyoudeletetheconnectionlefromyourcomputerafterconnectingtothecontentdestination.

•Thebodywornsystemislockedtoacontentdestinationonceconnectedtoit.Tochangetoanothercontentdestination,

youneedtoresetthebodywornsystemrst.

•Neverremoveorresetthecontentdestinationbeforeresettingthebodywornsystem.Alwaysresetthebodywornsystem

rst.Ifyouremoveorresetthecontentdestinationrst,recordingscanremainoncamerasorinthesystemcontrollers,

preventingyoufromresettingthebodywornsystem.Thisisasecurityfeatureensuringthatallevidenceisuploaded

tothecontentdestination.

AssociaterecordingswithauserinAXISCaseInsight

ArecordingtransferredtoAXISCaseInsightisnowassociatedwithauser.TheAXISCaseInsightusercorrespondstotheperson

wearingthecamera.

Thismakesiteasiertosearchforandcollectrecordingsmadebyaspecicperson,forexamplewhencreatingacase.

Systembackup

Thesystembackupsavesallyourcongurations.Itletsyourestorethebodywornsystemintheunlikelyeventthatthesystem

controller,onwhichthesystemwasinitiallycreatedon,malfunctions.Thebackupincludesallusers,cameraproles,camera

assignment,andsystemsettings.Thebackupisupdatedautomaticallyevery24hours.Systembackupisavailableonsystems

withmorethanonesystemcontroller.

Tocongurethesystembackup:

1.GotoSettings>Systembackup.

2.ClickCongure.

3.SelectSystemcontrollerbackup.

4.Selecttheextensionsystemcontrollerthatyouwanttosavethebackupto.

5.ClickSave.

•Thebackupdoesnotincludeanyrecordedevidence.

•Werecommendthatyouphysicallylabelthebackupsystemcontroller.Thiswillbeyourwayofidentifyingitintheunlikely

eventthatthesystemcontroller,onwhichthesystemwasinitiallycreatedon,malfunctions.
