AXISBodyWornAssistantisanapplicationformobiledevicesthatconnectsdirectlytothebodyworncameraand,forinstance,
letsyouviewrecordedvideo.
AnoptionalRFIDreadercanbeconnectedtothesystemcontroller.Itletsthecamerauserself-assignanyavailablebodyworn
camera,usingtheirself-assigntag.
Whenyouplacethecamerainthedockingstation,thedockingstationchargesthecamera’sbattery,andthecameraconnectstothe
system.Thesystemcontrollerthenseamlesslytransfersalldatafromthecameratothecontentdestinationofyourchoice.The
systemcontrolleralsokeepsthecamerasup-to-datewiththelatestrmwareandsettings,andmonitorsthehealthoftheAxis
bodywornsolution.
Thesystemissupportedbydifferenttypesofcontentdestinationssuchasevidencemanagementsystems(EMS),videomanagement
systems(VMS),andmediaservers.YoucanusetheBodyWornIntegrationAPItointegratewithanythirdpartyVMSorEMS.Go

Ofoadingexibility-Largesystemswithsystemcontrollersindifferentlocationsgivethecamerauserthepossibilitytodocka
cameraanywhereduringaworkshift.Thesystemensuresallrecordingsaretransferredsecurelywhenswitchingbetweendifferent
systemcontrollersevenbeforeanofoadiscomplete.Thisprovidesimprovedexibilitytothecamerauserto,forexample,respond
toanalarmandbringthecameraatanytimeduringofoad,andthencompletetheofoadatanysystemlocation.
Systembackupandrestore-Thesystembackupsavesallyourcongurations.Itletsyourestorethebodywornsysteminthe
unlikelyeventthatthesystemcontroller,onwhichthesystemwasinitiallycreatedon,malfunctions.Thebackupisupdatedevery24
