(5) Removing the slide screw and cylinder
Step Procedure
1 Turn and pull out the slide screw (No. 34) by hand from the bottom.
2 Loosen and remove the four hex bolts (No. 12) that connect the cylinder (No. 21) and
the handwheel.
3 Lift the cylinder (No. 21) straight up to remove it.
(6) Removing the worm wheel unit
Step Procedure
1 Remove the bearing holder (No. 31), upper single-column angular bearing (No. 32),
worm wheel (No. 33), lower single-column angular bearing (No. 32) in that order.
2 Loosen and remove the four hex bolts (No. 12) that connect the gear case (No. 30) and
the yoke (No. 29).
