Configure a verification circuit that does the following:
• When the blower is about to start, and there is no air flow, the circuit should verify
that no pressure is detected. If pressure is detected under these conditions, the
blower should not be started.

JIS B8415 defines ignition times as follows.
Pilot burner ignition time: within 10 s.
Main burner ignition time: within 5 s.
