Manual moves
From the main menu
1. Press START PROGRAM
a. Press JOG
i. 2 new buttons will appear
1. TCP Saw is active by default
a. This will cause the movements to work in conjunction of the blade’s orientation
i. X moves in the direction of the blade
ii. Y moves against the blade
iii. Z considers the angles of C and A
2. TCP Off
a. Moves that axis without consideration of any other axis
i. X moves the head left or right
ii. Y moves the Bridge front or back
iii. Z moves the head up or down
iv. C rotates the head
v. A pivots the head
ii. The individual axis buttons in the top left corner of the screen will now be active
1. You can only use one button at a time
2. The speed is controlled by “W” speed bar
3. This is used for positioning only! NOT Cutting!!!
b. Press MPG
c. Press TCP Off
i. Now you can use the wired pendant
ii. This pendant is meant to be used for calibration purposes only!!!
1. X, Y, and Z on the dial work the same as above
2. 4 is A axis
3. 5 is C axis
4. x100 is the fastest speed
5. x10 is medium speed
6. x1 is for precise movements
