CHECKING AND CHANGING FRONT AXLE OIL
CHECKING
Unscrew the oil ller plugs on the left
sides of the front axle housing, wipe
them clean, and then insert them
into their original position. Then, pull
them out again and check if the oil
level is within the specied range. If
the oil level is too low, add some new
oil so that the level is within the al-
lowable range. Also, check for leak-
age.
To drain the used oil, remove the
right and left drain plugs under the
front axle and drain the oil complete-
ly.
REPLACING ENGINE OIL
FILTER
1. After draining engine oil, remove
the oil filter cartridge by turning
it counterclockwise with a filter
wrench.
2. Apply a thin lm of oil to the rubber
ring on the bottom of a new lter
and securely install it.
3. After changing engine oil, start and
run the engine until the hydraulic
pilot lamp is turned o󰀨.

(C) Specied level
(1) Drain plug
CHANGING
(1) Oil lter cartridge

First 50HR front axle oil has to
be changed.
