(1) Parking Brake Lever
PARKING
When parking the tractor, securely
engage the parking brake by pulling
the parking brake lever completely.
To release the parking brake, de-
press the parking brake pedal rmly.
CAUTION
•
The brake disc can be rapid-
ly worn if you drive with the
parking brake applied. To park
the vehicle, apply the parking
brake and then place prop un-
der the rear wheels.
IMPORTANT
•
The tractor needs to be sta-
tionary before making a shift.
If the parking brake is applied
while the tractor is moving,
the transmission can be dam-
aged.
•
Each part of the engine is
cooled down by the engine oil.
If the hot engine is suddenly
stopped, its high temperature
or insufficient lubricant can
cause damage to the related
parts.
CAUTION
•
Remove the ignition key be-
fore leaving the tractor to pre-
vent its use by an unqualied
person.
