WARNING: Do not interchange CSM3DO and CSM3LO, or CSM4DO and CSM4LO cordsets. Ensure
correct cordset is installed by verifying model number and performing Commissioning Checkout as
described in
Commissioning Checkout
(p. 50). Muting functionality can be effected resulting in
inappropriate muting cycles, which could result in serious bodily injury or death.
Note: Pins 4 and 5 (MD1 and MD2) are not connected on the 12-pin Euro male machine interface
