What to do if my Banner EZ-SCREEN LPM shows an Output Error?
    • N
      Nicholas FranklinAug 15, 2025
If your Banner Flood Light receiver shows an Output Error, it could be due to one or both outputs being shorted to a power supply (high or low), by shorting OSSD 1 to OSSD 2, or by an overload (greater than 0.5A). To resolve this, disconnect the OSSD loads and reset the receiver. If the error clears, the problem lies in the OSSD load(s) or load wiring. If the error persists without any load connected, the receiver needs replacement.

Why is my Banner EZ-SCREEN LPM showing a Receiver Error?
    • H
      hensleyalyssaAug 18, 2025
If your Banner Flood Light is showing a Receiver Error, it may be due to excessive electrical noise or an internal failure. Try performing a reset as per the EZ-SCREEN Checkout Procedures. If the error clears, then perform a Daily Checkout procedure (also per EZ-SCREEN Checkout Procedures). However, if the system fails the Daily Checkout procedure, you will need to replace the receiver.

What to do if my Banner Flood Light has a Reset Input Error?
    • M
      Mrs. Crystal CowanAug 27, 2025
If your Banner Flood Light is experiencing a Reset Input Error, it happens when the Reset switch is closed (or the wiring is shorted to +24 V) during power-up. Ensure the reset switch is in the open position. Then, reset the receiver per EZ-SCREEN Checkout Procedures. If the error remains, disconnect the reset wire at pin 8 and cycle the power.

How to resolve a DIP Switch Error on a Banner Flood Light?
    • G
      George MejiaAug 30, 2025
If your Banner Flood Light displays a DIP Switch Error, it's caused by incorrect DIP switch settings or changes to the DIP switch settings while the system is ON. To resolve this, verify that the DIP switch settings are valid (per System Configuration Settings), correct any issues, and then perform a receiver reset.

What causes an EDM Error on my Banner Flood Light?
    • T
      Thomas DominguezSep 2, 2025
If your Banner Flood Light is showing an EDM Error, it means the EDM input signal isn't responding within 250 ms of the OSSDs changing state (ON to OFF). Check that the EDM wiring is correct and that the external devices meet the requirements described in Machine Primary Control Elements and EDM Input.
