To use any of these apps, make sure that the device is connected to the Wi-Fi network of the ClickShare and
start sharing. For more information on how to use these apps, refer to their respective documentation.
3.4 Conferencing
3.4.1 Methods of conferencing
ClickShare supports multiple different ways of conferencing with remote participants. The peripherals and
sharing functionality can be used in addition to the conferencing with remote participants. This allows for
flexible meetings to be held.
Conferencing methods supported possible are:
• Standard conferencing
• Hostflow
• One click join
3.4.2 Standard conferencing
About standard conferencing
ClickShare will support and enhance the experience of joining remote meetings regardless of the meeting
service used.
How to join a remote meeting
1. Accept the meeting invite on the remote conferencing app or website of choice.
2. Verify the inputs and outputs selected by the conferencing app or website of choice.
► Sound output (speakers): ClickShare room speakerphone
► Sound input (microphone): ClickShare room speakerphone
► Camera: ClickShare room camera
Tip: Some conferencing solutions have their own sound and camera settings that work on top of
the device settings.
3. Join the meeting.

About hostflow & one click join

A Button connection is required to use hostflow and one click join!
Hosting or joining a remote or hybrid meeting through ClickShare, will let ClickShare suggest the settings and
simplify the room connection automatically. This reduces required time for joining a meeting to a single button
click and decreases setup time while hosting. This allows meetings to start faster and more efficiently.
How to use hostflow or one click join
1. Join or host the meeting through on of the two methods:
• On the home screen below the meeting rooms.
