What to do if nothing is shown on the Bartec POLARIS BASIC Monitor display?

  If nothing is showing on the display, there could be several reasons. First, check the power supply connection. Second, check the external back-up fuse. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the internal fuse may have tripped, the backlighting may be faulty or there may be a device malfunction, in which case you should return the device to the manufacturer or replace the backlighting.

  If the display turns on and off constantly, the power supply may be too low. Check the diameter and length of the cable. See Chapter 6.8.

  If you cannot transfer a project using the USB stick, ensure that you are using the BARTEC Ex i memory stick. If you are, check that the USB stick is formatted in FAT16. If not, format the USB stick in FAT 16. For issues related to directory creation on the USB stick, consult the Add-On user manual for BMS-Graf pro V6.x.x.x at http://automation.bartec.de/.
