3.6 Notifications
Set notifications button in a project allows to setup a list of contact that requires Email and/or SMS
notifications.
The following notifications can be given:
Contact In case an Email is entered, the SCS will send an Email based
on the selected notifications.
In case a phone is entered, the SCS will send a SMS based on
the selected notifications.
Note: there should be remaining SMS in the account counter
and the daily SMS limit should not be reached. SMS is a paid
feature. Phone number should use the international format
without space, typically: +xx (country code) + phone number (i.e.
+41244554411 for Syscom office for example)
SOH – State Of Health If active, the SCS will send Email/SMS for the following state of
health notifications:
o Test-pulse fail
o Low battery <10% autonomy remaining
o Synchronization fail / connectivity lost
These status cannot be configured by the user. Usually an
action is required when a State Of Health message is generated.
Notification content
: no notification will be sent by the SCS
All: A notification will be sent by the SCS when an Event
recording or Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 exceedance is detected by the
SCS. (Event or Background based)
Only those that reach the following alarms: Alarm 1 and/or
Alarm 2. A notification will be sent only when Alarm 1 and/or
Alarm 2 is exceeded.
Periodic notification A periodic PDF report will be sent per Email based on the
background periodicity defined under Set reporting.
Note: no SMS notification will be sent for the background
reporting.
