VAV – Module NMV-D2M
N-S Service
The ‘Service’ register is provided for:
Adjusting the operating value of volumetric flow
Reading the NMV-D2M operating data
Testing the control and operating functions
All relevant parameters of a VAV- / CAV-box equipped with a Belimo
VAV-Compact NMV-D2M are displayed on a screen. The ‘Operation’ field
and the operating options associated with it allow a wide range of test and
monitoring functions to be employed.
N-S1 Settings
N-S1.1 V’nom
The nominal setting of volumetric flow allows the NMV-D2M to be
adapted to the particular VAV- / CAV-box being used. The size, nominal
flow rate and operating parameters are taken into account and preset.
V’nom is the highest possible volumetric flow that the air box is capable of
when the pressure drop and noise level are within the maximum permitted
operating conditions.
N-S1.2 Adjusting the operating value of volumetric flow
- V’max
V’max is the upper limit value depending on the nominal value of volumet-
ric flow.
Range of adjustment: 30...100% V’nom.
- V’min
V’min is the lower limit value depending on the maximum value of volu-
metric flow.
Range of adjustment: 0 ...100% V’max
Range of control: x
*)
…100% V’max
*) Note:
refer to section N-S1.2.1…
- V’mid
For constant-volume applications (CAV) there is an intermediate position
available (V’mid) for finer grading of the settings.
Range of adjustment 0...100% of V’min...V’max range.
