CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT
The free play of clutch is measured from the free status of the lever, to
the engagement point of the clutch the standard should be 10-20mm.
Adjust in following methods, if anything abnormal.
(1) Loose the locknut.
(2) Screw in or out adjusting bolt and adjusting screw to make required free play.
(3) Tighten locknut

CHAIN ADJUSTMENT
Adjust the tightness of drive chain for driving each 1000km's in following methods to reach the free play of
10~20mm. Make regular adjustment of the chain according to your driving condition.
Warning : Suggestions here are for regular maintenance schedule it's recommended for inspection
and adjustment of the chain before each driving. Accident as chain detaching or serious damage on
engine can be caused by excessively slack chain.
