Screen brightness is changed.
The adapter is removed. The light brightness is decreased in Eco and Low
power consumption to support longer projection. If
a brighter screen is preferred, connect the power
adapter to the projector and change the Power
Mode to Normal.
The adapter is not removed but the Power
Mode is switched to Eco or Low power
consumption.
No input source.
The video source is not turned on or
connected correctly.
Turn the video source on and check that the signal
cable is connected correctly.
The projector is not correctly connected to
the input source device.
Check the connection.
The video or audio file format is not
supported by the projector.
Make sure the supported file format as described in
Supported file formats on page 78 is being played, or
contact the customer service for assistance.
Image or audio is unstable.
The connection cables are not securely
connected to the projector or the signal
source.
Correctly connect the cables to the appropriate
terminals.
The Internet bandwidth is limited or
over-occupied.
Connect to another wireless AP or to an Internet
channel of better speed.
The projector is out of effective range of
Bluetooth connection.
Make sure the projector is within the effective range of
Bluetooth connection.
Make sure there is as less radio frequency interference
as possible when using a 2.4G network.
Picture is blurred.
The projection lens is not correctly focused.
Adjust the focus of the lens using focus knob on the
projector.
The projector and the screen are not
aligned properly.
Adjust the projection angle and direction as well as the
height of this projector if necessary.
