6.3 Fan
1. Switch off the main power supply and disconnect the Euro plugs from
the burner.
2. Loosen the motor electrical connection and screws (X) suffi ciently to
turn and lift the motor.
3. Check the attachment of the fan wheel and any skew, replace if
damaged.
4. Clean or replace the fan wheel.
5. Refi t the parts - it is important that the drive shaft is connected
correctly at both ends.
6. Refi t the Euro plugs and switch on the main power supply.
7. Check/adjust combustion.
6.3.1 Replace drive shaft
1. Switch off the main power supply and disconnect the Euro plugs from
the burner.
2. Loosen the motor electrical connection and screws (X) suffi ciently to
turn and lift the motor.
3. Remove drive shaft and drive coupling from motor.
4. Replace drive shaft coupling on pump.
5. Refi t the coupling, pump and motor - it is important that the drive shaft
is connected correctly at both ends.
6. Refi t the Euro plugs and switch on the main power supply.

Before obtaining access to terminals,
all supply circuits must be disconnected.
