6. LUBRICATION AND GREASING
6.1 GAMA 101 AND GAMA 130 PUMPS
• Check the oil level in the Gama pump; it should
be up to the notch on the dipstick (1). Top up if
necessary.
• To drain the Gama pump completely, remove the
drain plug and allow all the oil to run out.
• After replacing the drain plug, ll with oil up to the
notch on the dipstick. (1).
NOTE:
Gama pump capacities:
Gama 101 and 130 = 1.40 litres
We recommend SAE 30 oil, BERTHOUD
reference 769.286, 2-litre can.

IMPORTANT:
Drain the pump before each spraying
program.
6.2 GREASING
We recommend you to pay attention to the
greasing of the following parts and follow
the recommendations given by the periodic
maintenance table
(
5.7, page 20
) to ensure
that your equipment runs correctly
:
• Universal joint transmission (greaser and tube,
every time you use it).
• Cams (1) on the valve block.
• Frame slide on central part / chassis.
NOTE:
We recommend ELF EPEXA 2 grease
or MOBILUX EP2.
