Error Code Reason What To Do
E4 Incorrect pump speed
was detected
1. Press the STOP button to clear the error.
2. Verify that the irrigation tubing is properly seated.
3. Start low flow and verify that the error is resolved.
4. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.
E5 Pump rotor is not
moving
