I can't add a contact
The person's device might be turned off, the person might not have responded to your invitation, or the person might have
ignored your invitation.
1. To view your pending invitations, tap Invites.
I'm receiving unwanted messages
If you keep receiving messages from Windows Live Messenger users that aren't contacts, you can hide these messages.
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap Settings.
2. Change the field to, No.
I accidentally blocked a contact
When you remove a contact from your blocked list, the person can send you messages or invitations again.
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Beside the Blocked Contact List field, tap Edit.
4. Touch and hold a contact. Tap Unblock Contact.
