Windows 7 / Vista
– Click on the "start menu" icon (left botton corner)/ press the windows key on the keyboard
– In the search field, write cmd
– Press return key
– A window with a black background should be open. In this window, type ipconfig
– Press the return key
– Get the needed information: If there is an Ethernet connection and a wireless connection on the
computer, you can copy the Ethernet connection information: Subnet Mask, Default gateway, DNS
server
