Behaviour Actions
No display on the
screen
1. Check to ensure that the upstream charging station circuit breakers are not in
the tripped position
2. Check the power supply connection
3. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service
Screen does not

1. Check the operating time on the screen
2. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service
Proximity sensor
does not operate
1. Check to ensure that the proximity sensor is activated in configuration menu
2. Check the proximity sensor connection (see picture section 13.2)
3. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service
Main circuit
breaker is tripping
or it is impossible
to switch on
power supply

1. Check the power supply connections
2. Check the energy management settings in the configuration menu

Upstream
charging station

is tripping while
charging
1. Disconnect the charging cable connector from the car
2. Switch on the circuit breaker upstream the charging station
3. Check that the charging station is available for the charging process (light
stripes colour and display on the screen)
4. Check the nominal capacity settings in the configuration menu according to
the customer electrical installation characteristics
5. Connect the charging cable connector to the car and restart charging
6. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service
The charging
process does not
start
1. Disconnect the charging cable connector from the car
2. Check that the charging station is available for charging process (Light stripes
color and display on the screen)
3. Connect the charging cable connector to the car and restart charging 4. If the
problem persists, contact Customer Service
Unwanted
charging process

If the light stripes are flashing red, see detailed information in the event reporting
section If the light stripes are not flashing red:
1. Disconnect the charging cable connector from the car
2. Check that the charging station is available for charging process (Light stripes
colour and display on the screen)
3. Connect the charging cable connector to the car and restart charging
4. If the problem persists, contact Customer Service
The light stripes
do not light up
1. Check light stripes is activated in the configuration menu
2. Check light stripes connections (see picture section 13.2)
