ACTIVITY LEVELS
ESTIMATED AVERAGE (Energy) REQUIREMENT (E.A.R.)
To estimate the total daily energy expenditure level of a person, an assessment
of the average activity level during a 24 hour period should be made when
entering the data in the BODYSTAT
®
1500 unit. This can only be a subjective
assessment, but the following table may help:
