l Pull the travel lever (Fig. 25) back, until the vi-
bratory plate has reached the desired speed in
reverse.
The machines vibrates backwards with a speed
which corresponds to the travel lever position.
If the vibratory plate got stuck

l Keep shifting the throttle lever (Fig. 26) be-
tween "MIN" and "MAX" positions.
l At the same time pull the vibratory plate by the
steering rod to the right and left, until it comes
free.
5.6 Shut down the engine
Caution
!
Do not shut the engine down all of the sudden
from full speed, but let it idle for a while for
temperature equalization.

l Shift the throttle lever (Fig. 27) to position
"MIN" and let the engine run with idle speed for
a short while.
Vibration is shut down.

l Press the engine stop button (Fig. 28), the en-
gine will stop.
Note

If the engine stop button is not pressed long
enough, the engine will accelerate again.
