l Open the hose clamp (1) (Fig. 65) and pull off
the hose.
l Unscrew fuel screen (2).
l Clean the fuel screen, check the condition of
the screen (holes), replace if necessary.
l Check the seal (3), replace if necessary.
l Turn the fuel screen filter tightly in with the
seal.
l Fasten the hose and reassemble the fuel tank.

l Disassemble the recoil starter from the engine
housing (Fig. 66).

l Pull the starter rope completely out by the
starter handle (Fig. 67).
