Position “P”/“0” Switch the ignition off
Ignition key can be removed
Position “I”/“II” Ignition on
The warning buzzer sounds
Position “III” Turn further against spring pressure, the
engine starts

when the engine starts
The starter switch is designed with a re-start lock.
The ignition key must first be turned back to posi-
tion “0” before a new starting attempt can be
made.
