The pulse durations of the "In_Start" and "In_Reset" inputs are monitored
with regard to the value defined in P-0-3332.0.1, SMO: IO mapper inputs, min-
imum pulse duration”. When the value falls below the minimum pulse duration,
“F3010 SMO: Error IO mapper inputs” is generated. When the maximum pulse
duration of 30 seconds is exceeded, F3010 is also generated.
