20.1 Product number (E-No.)

If you have any questions, cannot
solve a problem with the device
yourself or the device needs to be
repaired, please contact our customer
service.
You can solve many problems yourself
using the troubleshooting information
in this manual or on our website. If
this is not the case, contact our
customer service.
We ensure that your device is repaired using
original spare parts by trained customer
service personnel in the event of a warranty
claim and after the manufacturer's warranty
has expired.
Functionally relevant original spare
parts in accordance with the relevant
Ecodesign Regulation are available
from our customer service for a
period of at least 10 years from the
date your device is placed on the
market within the European Economic
Area.
The product number (E-No.) and the
production number (FD) can be found on
the nameplate of the device.
You can find the nameplate on the
inside of the device door.
To quickly find your device information
and customer service phone number,
you can write down the information.
20.2 AQUA-STOP guarantee1
In addition to warranty claims against
the seller from the purchase contract
and in addition to our manufacturer's
guarantee, we provide replacement
under the following conditions.
¡If due to an error on our part
If water damage is caused by the
Aqua-Stop system, we will
compensate private users for
damages. To ensure water safety,
the device must be connected to the
power supply. ¡The liability
guarantee applies to the
Lifespan of the device. ¡
Requirement of the guarantee
The guarantee is that the device
with Aqua-Stop is set up and
connected professionally in
accordance with our instructions; it
also includes the professionally
installed Aqua-Stop extension
(original accessory). Our guarantee
does not cover defective supply
lines or fittings up to the Aqua-Stop
connection on the tap.
¡Need devices with Aqua-Stop
As a general rule, you should not
supervise them during operation or
afterward by closing the water.
A notice:The use of customer service is
free of charge within the scope of the
manufacturer's warranty conditions.

your dealer or on our website. When
