Text Editor, Spreadsheets and Presentations
Your tablet includes a Quickofce management tool as standard which allows you
to create and edit text documents, spreadsheets and presentations. You can also
synchronise the app with your Drive account, save your les in the cloud and access
them remotely from any compatible device. This app is compatible with Microsoft
Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats, and also lets you read documents in PDF
format. Additionally, you can attach les to an email directly from the app.
Calendar
The Calendar app allows you to manage your daily schedule and synchronise it with
your email, which lets you share your appointments, meetings and events with your
contacts. You can also congure alerts and notications to remind you of upcoming
commitments, making sure you never miss a meeting again! What´s more, the app
allows you to synchronise your calendar so that you can view it from any other
mobile device.
You can create a new event by going to the
icon at the right top or by selecting
the
icon that appears when you press on any free day in the calendar. You can
specify the date and time of the event, its location, the people invited, enable and
disable alerts, add a description of the event and even congure the availability
status that will be shown while you are attending the event.
