6.4.17 CYLINDER HEAD
Assemble the head gasket.
Tighten the bolts to the cylinder head in order.
(Order: Inside(1) → Outside(14))
A. The bolt lubricates the lubricating oil.
B. Assemble the cylinder head bolt tentatively.
C. Assemble the bolt according to factory procedure.
(Tightening torque: 5.2kg•m)
D. Disassemble to 360 deg.
E. Re-tighten the bolt.(Tightening torque : 6.8 kg•m)
F. Tightening it into 90 degree by using angle
mapper. (Actual tightening torque: 12.0±1.0 kg•m)

Assemble the push rod in socket of tappet in
order.
Lubricate the lubricating oil on the push rod.
