4.7.1 OPERATION AND OIL FLOW
NEUTRAL▶
The pressure (b) applied to the back of the unload valve spring is removed. (it opens the spool and is sucked
into tank.) As the unload valve is opened by the pressure (a), the oil in the pump is returned to the tank and
the pressure drops. The load check valve and mechanical check valve are kept closed.
