• STARTING THE MACHINE
MODELS WITH STARTING BY KNOB
- Switch on the machine turning the knob (2) to
“ON”. Boiler fi lling starts automatically (green
light “1” coming on); when the level is reached
the light “1” goes out.
- Turn the knob (2) to “ ”, heating of the
water in the boiler starts automatically (light
“3” coming on).
- Insert the fi lterholders in their groups.
- Wait for the water temperature to reach the
value set, indicated by light (3) going out.
Check the boiler pressure on the manom-
eter.
MODELS WITH STARTING BY BUTTONS
- Verify that the boiler water level, as shown
by the indicator, is somewhere between ”MIN”
and “MAX” levels.
- Press buttons 4 and 5, which will automati-
cally light up: this starts heating the boiler
water; light 8 will light up.
- Turning on the adjustable cup-heating sur-
face:
- partial surface heating, by pressing button
6 (it will light up).
- total surface heating, by pressing buttons
6 and 7 (they will light up).
- Place the fi lterholders in their groups.
- Wait for the water temperature to reach the
value set, confi rmed by the light (8) going
out.
Verify that the boiler pressure displayed by
the manometer is between 0.9-1 bar.
