• STEAM DELIVERY
- Pour the beverage to be heated into a heat-
resistant jug, preferably stainless steel, and
place it under the steam wand (1).
- Immerse the nozzle (2) of the wand in the
liquid.
- Rotate anti-clockwise the steam knob.
- When the desired temperature is reached
close rotating anti-clockwise the knob to stop
the delivery.
- Clean the wand with a damp cloth to prevent
formation of hard to remove deposits.
- Clean the wand with a damp cloth as soon as
delivery is fi nished, to prevent the formation of
deposits, which are hard to remove.
Warning: The wand is very hot and
should not be touched until it has
cooled.
FOR MACHINE WITH “SEQUENTIAL STEAM
SHIFT”:
- Raise the lever (3) to the fi rst or second
position depending on the amount of steam
desired.
- When the desired temperature is reached
lower the lever to stop the delivery.
- Clean the wand with a damp cloth to prevent
formation of hard to remove deposits.
FOR MACHINE WITH “HYPERWAND”:
- Pour the beverage to be heated into a heat-
resistant jug, preferably stainless steel, and
immerse the nozzle (4) of the Hyperwand in
the liquid.
WARNING: the milk temperature must be
around 4°C.
- Select one of two buttons on the frontal panel:
hot milk (5) or frothed milk (6).
- When the programmed temperature is
reached, the delivery stops automatically.
NOTE:
Is possible to stop the delivery before the auto-
matic stop by pressing the previous button.
