• MAKING CAPPUCCINO
- Pour at least three inches of fresh milk (rec-
ommended temperature +4°C) into a heat-
resistant jug, preferable stainless steel.
- Immerse the nozzle (2) of the wand in the
milk.
- Rotate anti-clockwise the knob to dispense
steam.
- When the desired foam has been reached,
rotate clockwise the knob to stop water dis-
pensing.
- Pour the frothed milk into a cup containing
just-brewed espresso coffee.
- Clean the wand (1) with a damp cloth as soon
as dispensing is fi nished, to prevent the forma-
tion of deposits, which are hard to remove.
Warning: The wand is very hot and
should not be touched until it has
cooled.
FOR MACHINES WITH CAPPUCCINA-
TORE
- Introduce the milk aspiring pipe (3) in a pitcher
containing fresh milk (temperature around
+4°C)
- Place a cup with 1 dose of espresso coffee
under the cappuccinatore (4): press the rel-
evant switch button (5).
- Wait until the requested quantity of frothed
milk has been reached in the cup. Press again
switch button to stop delivery.
NOTE:
Is possible to adjust the milk temperature:
rotate clockwise the screw “6” of the aspiring
pipe to decrease the fl ow and to increase the
milk temperature.
