3.5.1.1 Interface status
EtherCAT® and PROFINET instruments are equipped with a third LED, to indicate the status of the communication interface.
This bi-color LED (green and red) can give the following indications:

Ethernet indicators
RJ-45 connection sockets on EtherCAT® and PROFINET instruments have two integrated LED indicators, with standard
Ethernet functionality:
n Amber: Ethernet speed
n Green: Ethernet link/activity

DeviceNet™ instruments have two bi-color LEDs (green/red) to indicate network and module status. The indications below
replace the standard LED indications:
