3-4. Setting Up Your Printer
Adjust the display contrast and the speaker volume as required.
3-4-1. Adjusting the Display Contrast
(1) Press the OK Button on your printer’s Control Panel to go to the Menu.
(2) Use the Up/Down Button to select [ Printer Setting ] > [ LCD Contrast ] and then press the OK Button.
The following display appears.

(3) Use the Up/Down Button to select your desired contrast from 0 to 7, and then press the OK Button.
3-4-2. Adjusting the Speaker Volume
(1) Press the OK Button on your printer’s Control Panel to go to the Menu.
(2) Use the Up/Down Button to select [ Printer Setting ] > [ Speaker Volume ] and then press the OK Button.
The following display appears.

(3) Use the Up/Down Button to select your desired volume from 0 (silent) to 7, and then press the OK Button.
3-4-3. Temperature
(1) Press the OK Button on your printer’s Control Panel to go to the Menu.
(2) Use the Up/Down Button to select [ Printer Setting ] > [ Temperature ] and then press the OK Button.
(3) Use the Up/Down Button to select from Fahrenheit / Centigrade and then press the OK button.
3-4-4. Language
(1) Press the OK Button on your printer’s Control Panel to go to the Menu.
(2) Use the Up/Down Button to select “Language”, and then press the OK Button.
(3) Use the Up/Down Button to select your desired language from English / Español / Français / Deutsch /
Italiano / Japanese / Chinese, then press the OK button.
