Select Divide Character - Tab or Comma based on what file format you are
importing.

Select OK to import the data.

Type the name of the file, and then select Open.
Setting Up a Cover Page
Access the Brother PC-FAX Cover Page Setup from the FAX Sending dialog
box by clicking . (See
Sending a File as a PC-FAX Using the Facsimile Style,
page 16-14.) The Brother PC-FAX Cover Page Setup dialog box will appear:

If you selected a text file in Step 1, the Files of type: will be Text file (*.csv).
