Making Copies
Using the MFC as a Copier
You can use the MFC as a
copy machine, making up
to 99 copies at a time.
The scannable area of your
MFC begins at approximately one-
sixth inch (4mm) from the edge of the
paper.
Making a Single Copy (Using the ADF)

Place the original face up in the ADF.

Press Copy.
Do NOT pull on the paper while copying is in progress.
Making Multiple Copies (Using the ADF)

Place the original face up in the ADF.

Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want (up to 99).

Press Copy.
Imcoming faxes cannot be received on paper or into memory while the MFC is
copying.
Note
To stop the copy process and release the original, press Stop/Exit.
To sort the copies, use Options key. (See Using the Options Key, page 11-5.)
