8 Production Start / Stop
8.1 Readiness for operation
Main switch on control cabinet ON.
Press “RESET” button on operator panel.
The machine is ready for operation when no faults are shown on the display of
the operating panel.
In case faults occur, eliminate faults and press acknowledgment key again.
The machine is now ready for operation and can be started.
8.2 Switching machine on
To start production the following conditions have to be fulfilled.
• All emergency stops not actuated
• No fault message in alarm screen active
• Cutter in the upper zero position
