Theremustbenomeltatallleftinthetankwhenthecovergasketisreplaced.Therefore
dischargethemeltcompletely,e.g.intoacollectingvessel.
1. Letthedeviceheatup.
Continueactivatingthetriggeruntilthetankiscompletelyempty.
2. Disconnectthecompressedairsupply.
3. Disassembletheentireclosureunit(seeChapter6.7).
4. Releasethefasteningscrews(D1)ofthesealingplate(D2)withthePhillipsscrew-
driver.Carefullyremovethesealingplate.
5. Carefullyremovethegasket(D5)fromthepressureplate(D6).
6. Setthenewgasketinthepressureplateinsuchawaythatittsevenlyallover.
7. Mountthesealingplate.Observethepositionofthewasher(D3)andtheO-ring(D4)of
theventilationopening.Tightenthecounternuts(D1)alternately.
