9.2.2 Testing by a qualified professional
Leave the testing of the following components to a qualified professional:
 The functioning of consumable parts (additional information is available for authorised qualified
personnel in the service and maintenance manual).
 The functioning of mechanical protective devices, e.g. the proper assembly of cover strips.
 Functioning of support bolts, chain guides, etc.
 If present: functioning of additional control devices (e.g. additional light doors, contact strips, etc.).
 Testing of attachment to the building in accordance with DGUV 208-022 Appendix 3
 Checking whether the required warning signs are attached to the door system.
 Keeping evidence of these tests in the form of test log.
9.2.3 Maximum wear of the sliding door wheels

The maximum wear where the wheel is reduced to 4 mm may not be exceeded.
Attention! Proper functioning of the safety edge control!
If the safety edge control is not functioning properly, first check the batteries in the remote transmitter on
the door leaves, in case of the radio controlled version. Otherwise, please immediately contact your
customer service representative.
Danger! Never disable safety devices!
Never disable safety devices or go around them.
 Do not operate the system if the safety devices are damaged!
